Leland Strategies offers requirements analysis, RFP development, assistance with vendor selection and negotiations.  We are knowledgeable about public safety IT industry including CAD, LE RMS, Fire RMS, Digital Evidence Management and Body Worn Camera vendors.   We have expertise in requirements for these systems, building governance structures and project teams, and procurement law. 

We provide project management as well as independent verification and validation services for the implementation of public safety IT systems.   We also provide facilitation services to assist agencies in configuring commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems. 

Leland Strategies can partner with your agency to offer part time, short or long term experienced contractors to interview witnesses, complete police reports for non-serious crime and/or assist with investigative research including background checks for new applicants.  Our contractors are all retired law enforcement officers.
